Jewel of Skill - add Skill to Weapons and Shield
Jewel of Luck - add Luck to item
Jewel of Addicional - make item to +28
Jewel of Excellent - add 1 more excellent option to excellent item (max 3option exe)
Jewel of Mega Excellent - Add Fourts random options to exe items (must have 3 exe options)

All jewels success rate is 100%

Jewel of Tier ---> (50% success rate) Upgrade 380 Set Items to 400 lvl (Brave etc).
Work only on Set Items 380.
To mix must go to NPC in Lorencia (Jewel of Tier Mix NPC | 124x145).
Required: 1x Bundle of Soul (30), 1x Bundle of Bless (30), 1x Bundle of Life (30),
1x Bundle of Creation (30), 1x Bundle of Life (30).
